C&K Trucking's Tammy Warn Receives National Recognition

Posted April 12, 2012

We’d like to congratulate our Vice President of Risk Management, Tammy Warn, for receiving national recognition from two organizations within the past month. Because she is such an integral part of the C&K team, we’re proud to see her being recognized as a leader in the trucking industry.

In March, Tammy received notice that she was a nominee for the Women in Trucking “Influential Woman in Trucking” award, sponsored by Navistar. This award recognizes notable women in the trucking industry who are committed to service, community initiatives and supporting the Women in Trucking Association through membership.

More recently, she was nominated by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) to be a Co-Chair of the Industry Relations Committee, which is a Sub-Committee of CLM’s Transportation Committee. The CLM Transportation Committee provides education, training and solutions on significant current transportation issues facing insurance carriers, corporations and other entities and individuals.  She always iterates the importance of a commercial truck insurance both for the safety of the employees and the company.

We applaud her achievements, and know that Tammy will continue to excel by providing outstanding service and leadership to both C&K and the trucking industry as a whole. Congratulations, Tammy!
