Charleston Terminal Manager Matt Kim uses his artistic talents to help a girl with cancer

Posted September 3, 2015

When Charleston Terminal Manager Matt Kim is not running our terminal, he is putting his artistic talents to work to give back to those less fortunate. Matt knows that cancer touches every family, including the family of a young lady battling stage IV cancer. As an artist he painted a beautiful pair of sneakers for her. He figured she would love zombies and panda bears and made them a significant part of his design.

His hope is that these sneakers will bring a small slice of joy to a young lady who is facing a tremendous battle. “I wish I could paint a pair of shoes for every kid battling this terrible disease” says Matt. His efforts reflect the values we believe in at C&K Trucking and we recognize him for giving back to help those need. Nice job Matt!
